Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of woft.com and your booking of and participation in training offered by WOFT — Where Our Families Train (“WOFT,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or booking a program, you agree to them. If you are booking on behalf of an organization, agency, or school, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

Program seats are booked through our secure Shopify checkout at the prices listed on this site, per person unless stated otherwise. Session details — including the facility location, gear requirements, and preparation guidelines — are sent by email after booking confirmation. Corporate, agency, school, and group programs are custom-quoted.

Cancellations made 14+ days before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another student or rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability. WOFT may reschedule sessions for weather, safety, or operational reasons — in that case you'll be offered the next available date or a full credit.

WOFT programs are physical, scenario-based training that may involve firearms instruction, non-lethal tools, force-on-force scenarios, and physical exertion. Participation carries inherent risk. Before training, every participant must complete WOFT's participation agreement, liability waiver, and safety briefing, and must follow instructor and range-safety commands at all times. WOFT may remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, without refund.

Participants must meet the legal requirements that apply to their program (for example, age and eligibility requirements for firearms handling and Florida CCW coursework). Nothing on this site is legal advice; you are responsible for knowing the laws that apply to you.

The online Training Simulator is an educational tool. It does not replace live instruction, does not certify any capability, and should never be treated as a substitute for professional training or for your own judgment in a real emergency.

The content on this site — text, curriculum descriptions, photography, video, and the WOFT name and marks — belongs to WOFT or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false inquiries. Links to third-party sites and services (including Shopify, GivePayments, YouTube, and wrap.com) are provided for convenience; their terms and policies govern your use of them, and WOFT isn't responsible for their content.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOFT's aggregate liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Liability relating to in-person training is governed by the signed participation agreement and waiver, not by this section.
